How to find your downloaded video
ReadyForm starts the download; your browser and device decide where the file lands. When a finished download seems missing, it's almost always in one of four places.
- 1
The browser's download list
Every browser keeps one (usually behind a toolbar icon or Ctrl/Cmd+J, or ⇧⌘J in Safari). It shows the exact filename, the state, and a show-in-folder action.
- 2
The Downloads folder
The default target on macOS and Windows unless you chose elsewhere. Sort by date; the newest file is yours.
- 3
A folder you picked earlier
Browsers that ask where to save reuse the last chosen folder. Check the folder of your previous download.
- 4
Behind a numbered duplicate
Downloading twice makes video (1).mp4 next to video.mp4. The newest number is the newest file; check the modified time when in doubt.
If something looks off
- The download never appears at all. Look for a blocked-download prompt in the address bar and allow it, then download once more from the video page.
- The file opens but stops halfway. The transfer broke. Delete it and download again; the render on the server is complete and unchanged.
- It downloaded on another device. Downloads live where you clicked the button. Sign in on the device you want the file on and download there; the video stays available in your account.
