How to import from Google Drive

The Home dashboard has a Google Drive button next to the upload controls. Where the integration is enabled for your account it opens Google's own picker; where it isn't yet, the button shows a Soon badge and stays disabled.

    Select Google Drive

    The button sits with the other upload routes on Home. Google's account chooser and permission screen handle the sign-in; ReadyForm never sees your password.

    Pick the takes

    Select the recordings for this one video in the picker. The same rules apply as for direct uploads: MP4, MOV or M4V, up to 500 MB per file, up to 20 files.

    Let the import run

    Files show the importing status while they transfer ("Importing from Drive…"), then join the normal flow: processing, rendering, done.

If something looks off

  • The button says Soon. The integration isn't enabled for your account yet. Download the files from Drive and upload them directly; the result is identical.
  • "Drive import failed. Please try again." Usually a permission or connectivity hiccup. Retry once; if it persists, check that the file opens in Drive itself and that you granted access with the right Google account.
