What the video statuses mean

The files arrived and the work hasn't started yet. No action needed; processing follows on its own.

ReadyForm is transcribing, comparing takes and building the edit. Duration varies with the number and length of clips. Refreshing doesn't speed it up.

The edit exists and the editor is available, while the render of the video file is queued or on its way. You can already open Review & edit.

The final video file is being rendered. The render panel shows progress and when it started.

Done. The video page says "Your video is ready." and Download video is live. Review is optional; publishing is your decision.

Something broke. The card or video page shows the specific error, from "No speech found in the footage" to "The render took too long and was stopped." Most failures have a Try again; the error message says what to fix first.

Individual files show queued, uploading, uploaded, rejected or failed, and importing during a Google Drive import. One rejected file doesn't stop the others; the upload summary counts clean, rejected and failed files.
