How the ReadyForm workflow works

ReadyForm is built around one idea: you record the takes for one short-form video, and the pipeline turns them into one complete edit. No timeline to assemble, no export settings to configure. Here is what actually happens after Get it ready.

1. Upload

Your files upload and are checked. Each clip gets its own status; a rejected or failed file doesn't block the others. The uploader shows the current limits for file count and size.

2. Processing

ReadyForm transcribes the speech, compares your takes, picks the strongest one per passage, cuts pauses and retakes, times word-level captions, sets the pacing, and places B-roll, zooms, music and sound effects according to your brand's edit rules.

3. Rendering

The pipeline renders the video itself; there is no approval step in between. When the card says Rendered, the video page shows "Your video is ready." with a Download video button.

4. Review, if you want to

Review & edit opens the full editor: the story view with every word, the scenes with their selected takes and alternatives, what the AI cut, the timeline, captions, sounds and effects. Change anything, or nothing. Export renders your version.

Review is a possibility, not a step. The video renders without your intervention; the editor exists for when you want the last word.
